Shipping Policy

Item Availability: If an item is available at time of purchase, we will indicate this at order time. If the item requires extra order time, we will give you our best estimate of how long it will take. Once you order is available, we will ship your order within one business day. For purposes of shipping, business days are Monday through Friday 10AM to 6PM PST, exclusive of major holidays. We determine the most efficient carrier.
Estimated Delivery: We will do our best to make sure your shipment gets to you as quickly as possible, but there are several factors that may impact delivery. Due to the unusual and fragile nature of most of our products, not all shipping methods are available to all pieces. On occasion, we will have an item shipped directly by the artist or vendor. We cannot control how long they take to package and ship. Shipping occurs Monday through Friday, exclusive of major holidays. For international orders, customs can possibly add additional delay.
Shippers We Use: The carriers that may be use include: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express or 2 day shipping, please contact us for charges.
Tax: Sales tax is added for shipment to all Washington State addresses. The sales tax is a destination-based tax based on where the package is being shipped.
Shipping Methods: Not all shipping methods are available for all items, due to size, weight, or value restrictions. For example, large, heavy objects must be shipped by freight. Very fragile items must be double-boxed to ensure your item won't break. Very expense, irreplacable items may require specialized shipping, such as via a certified art shipper.
Shipping and Handling Costs:
Small non-fragile items: $4.99 + $1.99 per item.
Small Fragile Items: $9.99 + $2.99 per item.
Large or heavy items: $9.99 + $.99/pound.
