Refund Policy

Returns: Items can be returned for gallery credit within 30 days. Gallery credit is non-expiring and may be applied to any future product. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. The item must be in the same condition as when originally purchased. Any wear and tear on the item will be charged against this credit of anywhere from 0% to 30% of the item cost. We currently do not offer refunds for internet-purchased items, unless the item is damaged in shipment. Items marked Final Sale, Commissions, and layaways are not eligible for return/
Damaged Items: If the item arrives damaged in anyway, please immediately take a digital photograph of the shipment box/crate as well as the damaged items. This will aid our efforts to improve our packaging and shipping Items received in a damaged condition, are eligible for refund, exchange, store credit, or in some cases, repair. Please call us at 425-788-2590 to discuss options.
Exchanges: We offer a limited policy of exchanging an item for another item within 60 days. The item must be returned in the exact condition as when purchased. Bear this in mind before you choose to request the exchange as well take the damage into account when making the exchange. If the replacement item is of lesser value than the item being exchanged, then we will give you gallery credit for the balance.
